Here at North East Cutting Die we offer a complete line of ASTM Cutting Dies. All test dies are made from A-6 tool steel, which is chip resistant and highly abrasion resistant. We heat treat to proper hardness to meet your needs.
Accuracy
All Dies are EDM Cut and CNC machined then hand polished to a smooth finish to ensure accurate cuts time and time again. All of our Dies are cut to within +/- .001” to allow repeated sharpening and to maintain the exact tolerances of the die.
Certificate of Compliance
Each ASTM Die comes with a Certificate of Compliance and a storage case. Each ASTM Die goes through our strict certification process before it receives a Certificate of Compliance.

We have onsite CAD/CAM Engineering support to help with your manufacturing needs. Our experienced and dedicated work force will meet your requirements.
Express Service

We offer re-sharpening on all of our Dies and every ASTM Die comes with a certificate of compliance after they are re-certified.
